Refund policy

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email support@vantagetrade.us with your order number. We will confirm the return and provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund goes to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days to appear.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
