Processing

Orders are dispatched from our distribution network within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. See our Return and refund policy.
